INGREDIENTS
Approx. Yield: 50x half cobs| Corn cobs, halved | 25 whole cobs / 50 halves |
| Butter, melted | ½ lb. |
| Mayonnaise | 1 lb. |
| Spicelopedia® Chile Lime Adobo seasoning | ½ cup |
| Lime juice (spray bottle) | For topping (~2 oz.) |
STEPS
- Boil corn cobs for 5 minutes, then remove and drain very well.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to allow excess water to drip off.
- Brush each cob with melted butter, then generously coat with mayonnaise all around.
- Place cobs onto a large baking sheet. Spray with half of the lime juice, then season with half of the spice blend.
- Flip cobs over and repeat on the other side with remaining lime juice and seasoning.
- Serve hot.
