STEPS
- In a large Cambro, combine half and half and cream cheese. Heat and mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
- In a large bowl, add hot baked potatoes and the cream cheese mixture. Mash until combined. Add roasted garlic and continue mashing until smooth.
- Add butter and seasoning. Mash and fold until fully combined and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chives.
