DESCRIPTION

Steakhouse Mashed Potatoes blend baked potatoes with cream cheese, roasted garlic, butter, and our Texas Steak & Brisket seasoning for a rich, velvety side dish with classic steakhouse flavor. Creamy, savory, and full of roasted garlic character, they pair naturally with grilled steaks, brisket, roasted chicken, and other hearty entrées.
 

INGREDIENTS

Approx. Yield: 1 entree
Hot baked potatoes, peeled 12 lbs.
Half and half 1 quart
Cream cheese, softened 1 lb.
Whole garlic, roasted 1 oz.
Unsalted butter, cubed 2 lbs.
Spicelopedia® Steak & Brisket seasoning ¼ cup
Chives For garnish

STEPS

  1. In a large Cambro, combine half and half and cream cheese. Heat and mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
  2. In a large bowl, add hot baked potatoes and the cream cheese mixture. Mash until combined. Add roasted garlic and continue mashing until smooth.
  3. Add butter and seasoning. Mash and fold until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chives.
