INGREDIENTS

Servings: 2
Large 16–20 count P&D shrimp, defrosted 12
Bell peppers (yellow, red, and green), cut into 1–2 inch squares 3
Onion, cut into 1–2 inch squares 1
Olive oil 2 Tbsp.
Spicelopedia® Southwest Zesty Fiesta seasoning 1 Tbsp.

STEPS

  1. Place the shrimp, bell peppers, and onions in a large stainless-steel bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Assemble 4 skewers by threading 3 shrimp onto each skewer, alternating with the peppers and onions. Season both sides of each skewer generously with Spicelopedia® Southwest Zesty Fiesta seasoning.
  3. Cook the skewers on a flat top grill or large skillet for about 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque, firm to the touch, and fully cooked.
