Summer Fiesta Shrimp Skewers

STEPS
- Place the shrimp, bell peppers, and onions in a large stainless-steel bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Assemble 4 skewers by threading 3 shrimp onto each skewer, alternating with the peppers and onions. Season both sides of each skewer generously with Spicelopedia® Southwest Zesty Fiesta seasoning.
- Cook the skewers on a flat top grill or large skillet for about 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque, firm to the touch, and fully cooked.
