Spicy Bayou Chicken Pizza

| Olive oil | 1 Tbsp. |
| Red onion, sliced | ¼ cup |
| Red pizza sauce | ¾ cup |
| Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning | 1 tsp. |
| Small individual naan breads | 4 |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 cups |
STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and position the rack in the center of the oven.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the red pizza sauce and Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread about 2–3 tablespoons of sauce onto each piece of naan.
- Top each naan with approximately ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ of the chopped chicken tenders. Add extra cheese or seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
