Spicy Bayou Chicken Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 2–4
Crisp cooked breaded chicken tenders, chopped into ½-inch pieces 5
Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Red onion, sliced ¼ cup
Red pizza sauce ¾ cup
Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning 1 tsp.
Small individual naan breads 4
Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups

STEPS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and position the rack in the center of the oven.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the red pizza sauce and Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Spread about 2–3 tablespoons of sauce onto each piece of naan.
  5. Top each naan with approximately ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ of the chopped chicken tenders. Add extra cheese or seasoning if desired.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are golden brown. Serve warm.
