Sheet Pan Lemon Honey Garlic Chicken

STEPS
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning until well combined.
- Add the chicken strips and bell pepper strips to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken and vegetables in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top before serving.
