Primo Short Ribs

DESCRIPTION

Primo Short Ribs are a hearty, slow-braised dish packed with rich, savory flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Seasoned generously with Spicelopedia® Primo Steak & Grill Spice, the beef develops a bold, smoky crust before slowly braising with carrots, pearl onions, red wine, and beef stock. Tomato paste adds depth and a touch of sweetness, creating a velvety sauce that perfectly complements the tender, fall-apart meat. This comforting, restaurant-worthy meal is ideal for cozy evenings, holiday dinners, or any occasion that calls for unforgettable flavor.
