Mediterranean Tomato and Feta Salad

STEPS
- In a medium stainless steel bowl, whisk together the Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar until well combined.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese chunks. Gently fold with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for 4–8 hours to chill and allow flavors to develop.
- Serve chilled.
