INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4| Fresh cherry tomatoes, halved | 2 cups |
| Cucumber slices (¼ inch, quartered) | 1 cup |
| Red onion, diced | ½ cup |
| Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning | ½ tsp |
| Olive oil | 2 Tbsp |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 tsp |
| Feta cheese, cut into ½” chunks | 1 cup |
STEPS
