INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4
Ripe Hass avocado, halved and pitted 1
Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning 1 tsp
Crumbled feta cheese ½ cup
Fresh dill, finely chopped 2 tsp
Thick slices of bread, toasted 4
Extra virgin olive oil For brushing toast
Lemon wedges For serving

STEPS

  1. Roughly chop the avocado and place it in a bowl with chopped dill and Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning. Mash gently with a fork, then lightly fold in most of the crumbled feta cheese.
  2. Brush the hot toast with extra virgin olive oil and spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice.
