INGREDIENTS

| Raw shrimp (16/20), peeled & deveined | 12 |
| Orange-infused olive oil | ½ cup |
| Spicelopedia® Island Citrus Blast seasoning | 3 tsp (divided) |
| Angel hair pasta, prepared | For 4 servings |
| Minced garlic | ½ tsp |
| Salted butter | 2 Tbsp |
STEPS
- Toss the shrimp and scallops with the orange-infused olive oil, reserving 2 Tbsp for cooking. Coat seafood with 2 tsp Spicelopedia® Island Citrus Blast seasoning.
- Heat a flat-top griddle or sauté pan over medium heat. Add the reserved olive oil to the pan.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the hot pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the shrimp and scallops from the pan and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prepared angel hair pasta and remaining seasoning to the skillet. Toss until evenly coated.
- Divide the pasta between 4 plates. Top each serving with 3 shrimp and 2 scallops.
