Garlic Sirloin Formaggio

DESCRIPTION

Garlic Sirloin Formaggio is a decadent steak entrée that combines bold seasoning, savory roasted garlic, and a rich blend of cheeses for an unforgettable dining experience. A tender sirloin steak is seasoned with Spicelopedia® Mt. Royal Seasoning, creating a flavorful crust that enhances the natural richness of the beef. The steak is topped with a savory mixture of roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, Gorgonzola, Fontina, and mozzarella cheeses, then finished until perfectly golden and melted.
