STEPS
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place wings in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle baking powder over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange wings on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning.
- Toss baked wings in the butter-seasoning mixture until fully coated.
- Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
