Crispy Italian Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings


 

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4–5 • Prep: 5 minutes • Cook: 45 minutes
Chicken wings (wings and flats) 4 pounds
Baking powder 2 Tbsp.
Butter, melted 6 Tbsp.
Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning 2 Tbsp.
Shredded Parmesan cheese As desired
Chopped fresh parsley As desired

STEPS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place wings in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle baking powder over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange wings on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and Spicelopedia™ Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  5. Toss baked wings in the butter-seasoning mixture until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
