Chili Lime Buttered Fish Filet

| Salted butter, softened |

| Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning, divided |
1 tsp. + ½ tsp. |
| Fresh lime juice |

STEPS
- In a small stainless steel bowl, whisk together softened butter, 1 tsp. Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning, lime juice, garlic, and lime zest. Refrigerate to set.
- Mix ½ tsp. Spicelopedia™ Chili Lime Adobo with Chipotle seasoning with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Brush fish filets on all sides.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. olive oil, then reduce heat to medium.
- Add seasoned filets to the hot pan and sauté until edges begin to cook. Flip and continue cooking until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove fish from pan and plate.
- Top each filet with a ½ oz. scoop of chili lime compound butter before serving.
