| Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning | 4 tsp |
| Mushrooms, ½” diced | 2 fl oz |
| Onions, ½” diced | 2 fl oz |
| Minced garlic | 1 tsp |
| Tomatoes, ½” diced | 2 fl oz |
| Prepared red wine demi-glace | 4 fl oz |
| Roasted potatoes | 6 fl oz |
| Chopped parsley | 1 Tbsp |
STEPS
- Season the chicken breast pieces generously with Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning.
- Place the chicken into a greased sauté pan over medium heat and brown lightly on all sides.
- Add the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and tomatoes to the pan. Sauté for approximately 2 minutes.
