Cajun Honey Butter Cod
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4| Olive oil (divided) | 4 Tbsp. |
| Cod fillets | 4 (6 oz. each) |
| Spicelopedia™ Rajun Cajun seasoning | 2 Tbsp. |
| Butter | 4 Tbsp. |
| Honey | 2 Tbsp. |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tbsp. |
| Garlic cloves (minced) | 2 |
| Lemon juice | ½ lemon |
STEPS
- Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Rub the cod fillets with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, then season evenly with Spicelopedia Rajun Cajun seasoning.
- Reduce heat to medium, add the remaining olive oil to the pan, then place the fish in the hot pan. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Flip the fish and cook for another 3 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine butter, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in lemon juice and mix until combined.
- Serve sauce over each fillet and garnish with fresh lemon.
