Chili Barbecue Salmon

DESCRIPTION

Chili Barbecue Salmon is a bold, flavor-forward entrée that pairs smoky heat with a rich, creamy finish. A tender salmon fillet is generously seasoned with Spicelopedia® Sweet Smokey BBQ seasoning, then cooked until perfectly flaky with a lightly caramelized crust. It’s served alongside a vibrant medley of zucchini, yellow squash, and red bell pepper, adding freshness and balance to the dish. A drizzle of Chardonnay cream sauce blended with chili garlic sauce and sriracha brings a creamy, spicy kick that ties everything together. Finished with fresh parsley, this dish is a satisfying harmony of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors.
