Baked Parmesan Scallops
INGREDIENTS

| Spicelopedia’s Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning | 1 tsp. |
| Grated Parmesan | ¼ cup |
| Cold unsalted butter, small diced | 1 Tbsp. |
STEPS
- Combine Spicelopedia’s Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning and grated Parmesan in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Place a portion of the seasoning mixture in the center of a ramekin and press it flat.
- Place scallops on top of the seasoning layer and sprinkle with the remaining seasoned Parmesan mixture.
- Top scallops with small cubes of cold butter.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for 9 minutes.
- Transfer to a broiler and broil until lightly browned. Remove immediately and serve.
