Rosemary Lemon Pork Roast
DESCRIPTION
Rosemary Lemon Pork Roast is a flavorful centerpiece that combines bright citrus, fragrant herbs, and savory Italian-inspired seasoning. A tender boneless pork roast is coated with lemon-infused olive oil and generously seasoned with Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper, creating a delicious blend of zesty lemon, aromatic herbs, and a subtle peppery finish. Fresh rosemary sprigs are tucked throughout the roast, allowing their earthy, pine-like flavor to infuse the meat as it cooks. The result is a juicy, tender pork roast with a perfect balance of freshness and richness, making it an impressive choice for family dinners, holiday gatherings, or special occasions.
