INGREDIENTS

Approximate Yield: 1 entree
Chicken breast 8 oz wt.
Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning 4 tsp
Italian cheese blend 4 oz wt.
Sun-dried tomatoes 1 oz wt.
Oven roasted potatoes 4 oz wt.
Grilled zucchini and yellow squash 4 oz wt.
Marinara sauce 4 fl oz
Chopped parsley 1 Tbsp

STEPS

  1. Season the chicken breast on both sides and inside with Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning. Stuff with Italian cheese blend and sun-dried tomatoes.
  2. Season the potatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash with Spicelopedia® Italian Lemon Pepper seasoning.
  3. Place everything on a greased pie pan and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Arrange the potatoes and vegetables on a plate and top with the stuffed chicken breast.
  5. Garnish with marinara sauce and chopped parsley before serving.
