Latin Chicken and Sausage with Pearl Couscous
| Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1½” pieces |

| Spicy Italian sausage, cut into 1½” pieces |

| Spanish onion, cut into ½” strips |

| Pearl couscous (cooked in chicken broth) |

STEPS
- Prepare couscous in chicken broth according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a stainless steel or glass bowl, combine chicken, sausage, onions, 2 Tbsp olive oil, and seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil and butter and allow to melt.
- Once butter begins to sizzle, add chicken, sausage, onion, and seasoning mixture. Sauté for about 25 minutes, stirring often, until proteins are fully cooked.
- If needed, add a small amount of chicken broth during cooking to prevent sticking.
- Add cooked couscous and honey. Stir until everything is well combined and evenly distributed.
