STEPS
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out a small portion of flesh to create a well for the egg.
- Cook bacon until crisp, then chop into pieces.
- Place avocado halves on a baking sheet.
- Carefully crack one egg into each avocado half.
- Top with chopped bacon and season with chili lime adobo seasoning (plus salt and pepper if desired).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until eggs are set to your preferred doneness.
- Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve warm.
