Korean Style Short Ribs
DESCRIPTION
Korean-style short ribs are the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors, creating an unforgettable meal that's surprisingly easy to prepare. Tender beef short ribs are seasoned with Spicelopedia® Wicked BBQ Rub, then seared until beautifully caramelized before simmering in a rich sauce of garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and sherry cooking wine. As the sauce reduces, it transforms into a glossy glaze that coats every bite with bold Korean-inspired barbecue flavor. Whether served over steamed rice, alongside grilled vegetables, or with your favorite Asian-inspired sides, these Korean-style short ribs deliver restaurant-quality taste that's perfect for weeknight dinners, family gatherings, or special occasions.
