30-Minute Turkey and Black Bean Chili

STEPS
- Add olive oil and tomato trinity to a Dutch oven or soup pot. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Deglaze the pan with cola, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Stir in seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes with lime, cilantro, and green chiles, and water (if using).
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring once during cooking.
