INGREDIENTS

| Pre-diced tomato trinity (tomato, green bell pepper, onion) | 1 cup |
| Ground turkey | 1 lb. |
| Cola | 1 cup |
| Spicelopedia® Southwest Zesty Fiesta seasoning | ¼ cup |
| Black beans, drained and rinsed | 15.5 oz. can |
| Diced tomatoes with lime, cilantro, and green chiles | 10 oz. can |
| Water (optional, for a saucier chili) | ¼ cup |
STEPS
- Add olive oil and tomato trinity to a Dutch oven or soup pot. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Deglaze the pan with cola, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Stir in seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes with lime, cilantro, and green chiles, and water (if using).
