BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Honey Jalapeño Shrimp combines tender shrimp wrapped in smoky bacon and finished with a glaze of honey, jalapeño, and our Sweet & Smokey BBQ seasoning. The balance of sweet heat, savory smoke, and succulent shrimp creates a bold appetizer that delivers classic barbecue flavor with a crowd-pleasing twist.

| Bacon strips, cut in half | 50 halves (about 2 lbs.) |
| Spicelopedia® Sweet & Smokey BBQ seasoning | ½ cup + 1 TB |
| Jalapeño, minced and seeds removed | ¼ cup |
| Honey | 1 cup |
STEPS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp with ½ cup seasoning and toss until fully coated.
- Place shrimp on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a convection oven at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a small bowl, combine honey with 1 TB seasoning and minced jalapeño. Brush mixture over shrimp.
- Serve hot.
