INGREDIENTS

Servings: 1
Pork tenderloin 8 oz.
Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning 2 tsp.
Garlic mashed potatoes 1 (4 oz.) scoop
Broccoli rabe 2 oz.
Demi-glace 4 fl. oz.
Chopped parsley 1 Tbsp.

STEPS

  1. Season the pork tenderloin evenly with the Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning.
  2. Heat a lightly greased sauté pan over medium heat. Add the pork tenderloin and cook until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  3. Remove the pork from the pan and let it rest for about 2 minutes before slicing.
  4. Slice the tenderloin into 3 even pieces.
  5. Arrange the garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli rabe, and sliced pork tenderloin on a serving plate.
  6. Spoon the demi-glace over the pork and garnish with the chopped parsley before serving.
