| Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning | 2 tsp. |
| Garlic mashed potatoes | 1 (4 oz.) scoop |
| Broccoli rabe | 2 oz. |
| Demi-glace | 4 fl. oz. |
| Chopped parsley | 1 Tbsp. |
STEPS
- Season the pork tenderloin evenly with the Spicelopedia® Rajun Cajun seasoning.
- Heat a lightly greased sauté pan over medium heat. Add the pork tenderloin and cook until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the pork from the pan and let it rest for about 2 minutes before slicing.
